My approach comes from practical work in customer service, information verification, documentation, and operations. I set the requirements, review what comes back, and decide whether it meets the need.
Recent professional work
From May to September 2026, I served as a Program Specialist 1 at the New York State Office of General Services, Office of Business Diversity, through a temporary assignment with Peak Performers.
I researched vendors, checked capabilities and availability, and prepared Excel worksheets for staff review. That same attention to useful, accurate information carries into the work I’m developing here.
